This time the technology upgrade project involves the Emilia-based cooperative Bonlatte, part of the Granterre Group, a leading player in the Parmigiano Reggiano supply chain.

After the startup of a complete precision feeding system with NIR analyzer installed at Cirio Agricola in Caserta, Bonlatte also chose to invest in two advanced animal feeding management systems.

The installed technology enables the cooperative to monitor and optimize the food process through two key concepts: traceability and sustainability. With the General Dynamics systems, Bonlatte can precisely monitor the feeding process, improving management efficiency, data control and operational quality.
