DTM8 (v0.96.15/v1.0.0.26)

Software DTM8 (v0.96.15/v1.0.0.26): this update introduces new tools for monitoring unloading accuracy and consistency, adds new charts for loading and feeding performance, and improves pen history, license management, and user configuration options.

• We have introduced the possibility to set theoretical unloading times for rations.
  It is possible to set a theoretical unloading window for each ration. The theoretical window indicates the minimum and maximum time within which the unloading must be performed. The objective is to monitor whether the operator has followed the provided instructions. This verification is already possible through the new chart “Unloading time accuracy by pen”. (DTM IC version only).
  New charts will be introduced in the future.

• Pen history, in case there are multiple loads within the same day for a pen: introduced new field “fed DM”.

• Integration of chart area in “pen history” and “pen efficiency report”. As was done in the batch history, the goal is to provide a graphical visualization of the data present in the main table of the report.
• We have added possibility to modify the adess in my license page. The weather widget will take this position into consideration, if present.
• Predefined pen types and pen subTypes have been added. The purpose is to make the most common categories available to all users in order to facilitate the user during the operation.  However, the option to add new ones remains available for the user, if the predefined ones are not sufficient.

New charts have been added to the dashabord

• New chart “Load dry matter consistency over time”.
  The chart shows, for each load, how the dry matter % content has varied day by day. The chart is also present in the chart view area of the batch history report.
• New chart feeder accuracy by day.
  The chart shows the trend of the operator’s % error during the loading phase, day by day. If there are multiple operators, the graph will display multiple lines.
• New chart “batch duration consistency”.
  The chart shows in a single view the duration and time of day when each load was performed. The goal is to see in a single image how the work was distributed throughout the day and whether there are variations compared to previous days.
  The same chart is also available in the chart view of the batch history report.
• New chart “Unloading time consistency”.
  The chart is a line graph that shows how the distribution time to various groups varies day by day. The chart is also present in the chart view section of the pen history report.
• New chart “Unloading time accuracy by pen”.
  The chart shows in a single view the duration of various unloading operations and what time they occurred during the day. The objective is to verify the consistency of unloading operations by comparing this data across multiple days. The chart is also present in the chart section of the pen history report.
  NOTE: If theoretical unloading times have been added for each group, the chart can also display the comparison between theoretical time and actual time. The chart is not retroactive – the comparison is available from the moment the theoretical times are set, but it cannot be displayed for previous loads.

With this update, we’ve improved data visibility, operational control, and feeding accuracy.
