Patron Negri: “I want the play offs.”

POGGIO RUSCO – Winning mentality and improved interpersonal relationships within the team and the society. These are the two points on which Dinamica Generale president Adriano Negri leveraged yesterday during the team’s gathering ahead of the new championship. But there was also no lack of reference to the standings: “This year I would like us to get to the play offs,” patron Neri told his players. The entire technical staff was present: in addition to Negri, coach Claudio Pavarotti, coach Antonio Tinti and deputy Luigi Gilberti along with Andrea Ghiraldi and consort, owners of Dinamica Generale.
“We played, ” Negri tells the boys. the play outs for three years: actually, we didn’t think it would be like this. This year, however, I would like things to be different. On your part, I would like to see the right mentality at all times, in friendlies as well as in games: I would like you to enter the field with the determination to win every game.” But during his speech, the president also shifts the emphasis to the relationship between the players and the society. “Last year there was a moment of partial disconnection: this year it would be the case not to repeat such a situation. That’s why, guys, if you have problems you can talk to me, to ds Pavarotti or to coach Tinti.” There is also no shortage of reference to the recent change at the sponsorship level: “Our team is sponsored by, among others, three local companies-Dynamica Generale, Truzzi and X Ray One. This means that the companies have confidence in us. And that is why as a society we also have an image role, which we have to convey both in Poggio Rusco and throughout the area.” Finally, also a novelty: “Igor (Goldoni, ed.) has already asked me to be captain. I would like to give him this assignment: he has been here for a long time and has experience.” Meanwhile, the friendly schedule is set: Aug. 29, with Trebbo (BO) away at 6 p.m.; Sept. 2, at home with Novellara at 8 p.m.; Sept. 5, again at home with Villafranca at 6 p.m.; and Sept. 9, away at Anzola Emilia (BO) at 7:30 p.m. (gb).
