Dinamica Mantova dominant: Chieti yields again, Stings ahead 2-0 in playoff series

Dinamica Mantova grants an encore and overcomes Chieti again at PalaBam, taking a 2-0 lead in the playoff series.

After the success of Game 1, the Stings replicated with another solid and authoritative performance, closing the challenge with a net 90-72 in front of the Mantua audience.

Chieti holds out for a quarter, then Mantua accelerates

The game starts with very different pace and intensity than in game 1. Chieti comes to PalaBam with more defensive aggressiveness and tries to dirty Dinamica’s offensive game.

The guests also managed to put their noses ahead in the first quarter, but the red and white response came immediately.

A 10-0 run allowed Coach Morea’s team to close the first period on 24-16, immediately steering the game.

From then on, Dynamics raised the level of play and definitely took control of the challenge.

Jordan Losi absolute protagonist

The big star of the night was Jordan Losi, scorer of 24 points and emotional leader of the team.

After scoring only 3 points in Game 1, the red and white captain responded with a show of character, making heavy triples at key moments of the game.

A historic moment also came in the third quarter: from the lunette Losi scored point number 2000 in the Dinamica Mantova jersey, receiving applause from the PalaBam.

Defense, intensity and total control

Chieti tries different defensive solutions in an attempt to get back into the game: zone, full-court press and more aggressiveness under the basket.

Dinamica, however, always maintained control of the match thanks to offensive quality, defensive intensity and roster depth.

Also important were the contributions of Ramon Clemente and Gigi Jefferson, key players in working under the basket and managing decisive moments.

Now the series moves to Chieti

With the success in game 2, Mantua confirms the home court factor and flies to 2-0 in the playoff series.

The Stings will now come to Chieti with a chance to close the series as early as Game 3, scheduled for Thursday night.

Dinamica comes to the appointment on the strength of two convincing victories, great mental solidity and a PalaBam that has already tasted the atmosphere of the post season.
