POGGIO RUSCO. Dinamica Generale, a company specialized in industrial electronic weighing systems, took the stage for students at the Politecnico di Milano.
In a period of crisis affecting Italy and much of the developed world, the experience of this company stands out. Founded in 1991, less than twenty years ago, and employing around 50 people, Dinamica Generale was created with a clear goal: to develop innovative solutions in the field of weighing and automation in order to enter the market. Over the years, the company has not only gained access to the market but has also established itself and stood out, achieving a leading position worldwide.
Last week, Prof. Franco Giacomazzi, Professor of Industrial Marketing at the Politecnico di Milano, invited Andrea Ghiraldi, Managing Director of Dinamica Generale, to one of his lectures. The aim was to allow students to engage with a concrete business reality that, after a phase of development and consolidation, has established itself not only in the livestock sector but also in the industrial sector, and is now facing the challenge of market reorientation.
Thanks to a project carried out in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano, Dinamica Generale has initiated a process of renewal and revision in the areas of marketing and communication. This step is of fundamental importance in reshaping an organization that aims to grow organically on a global scale.
Student interest was particularly strong. They appreciated the experience and asked for further insights into the company’s growth process and specific practical aspects.
