The robust heavy-duty Mobile load cell is made of treated alloy steel, designed for on-board weighing applications. A special heat treatment ensures long-term stability, while the high-strength coating, tested for 480 hours of salt spray exposure, ensures superior durability. An aluminium protection protects the strain gauge from shocks and moisture. Temperature compensation is available as an option, which further improves reliability under different conditions.

Hinge Pin load cells are used for real-time monitoring of load forces, typically installed at the rear hinge pivots of tipper trucks.

Ideal for retrofit applications, these load cells allow for easy integration into aftermarket equipment without taking up extra space, such as in dump truck pivot hinges. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, including pulleys and shackles. Made from 17-4 PH Stainless Steel, the load cells offer an excellent combination of high strength, corrosion resistance, and strong mechanical properties, ensuring reliable performance in various environments.

Strain Sensors measure the deformation and stress of structures. They are used to weigh and control overloads.

The sensor detects tension and compression strain on the body where it is fastened, offering high sensitivity to small stresses. It is easy to assemble and disassemble, requiring no drilling or machining on structures. Designed for a variety of applications, it is ideal for axle weighing, overload control, and structural stress/strain monitoring.
